Mother’s Day flowers were late, I was told they were trying to deliver but they were not.

Thank you Erin for your honest review! Unfortunately some dishonest things happened in this particular delivery. During our phone conversations we were honest & offered options to make it right. Despite it being late we did get an arrangement to your Mom as soon as the correct flowers came in the next day as you requested. We hope you can still understand that things happen as much as we try to control them which includes dishonest people, but we pride ourselves on making it right!

I recently had a funeral arrangement sent to family in Maine. The process was easy, the prices are great and the product was exceptional! The owner communicated all the way through the process and even sent a picture of the arrangement before delivering to the funeral home. This shop is friendly and accommodating!
